Just to clarify some confusion here. FAS have already issued the shares to those that have accepted the offer.
There will be no drop in SP, as you say as upon the issue of the 7 for 1, as it has already happened. The moment they went unconditional, the shares were issued.
Like it or not. Fas own 1/4 of GWR.
