If it is a takeover, then it will be a hostile one as no other is in trading halt. While all CSG companies are down, they arent out and any premuim that QGC will offer will proably need to reflect recent highs rather than 10, 20 or 30% above current price.
Seems a strange way of doing a takeover.
My guess is that it will be doing a placement rather than takeover. but stranger things have happened.
Had $180m at end of December 2007, so has lots of cash.
Could it be developing a power station?
hope it gets people looking at all players in the CSG sector. they sure need it. But not like QGC or AOE most arent producing so they need to start producing to get like QGC or AOE
