Seems the "Trick" is that the Demonstrations are much smaller in Scale than the BIG Deals of 100tonnes+ available if the Gov't Officials Go for the product to clean up their Substantial Water Body problem.
So it's a real pity that Governments work by endless paper shuffling before definite decisions are made.Luckily PHK has Multi Governments on the string.Not just one which may pull the Budgetry Restraint Act or the water body ain't in a Key electorate.
