Zooba, yes I can read and am aware they have mentioned "business plan" in the past. To me by "Business Plan" they meant things like Supply, Support,
Maintenance, Cost, Income etc. Where on earth did they ever mention "THE" Business Plan as per announcement of 29/1.

TNZ are still evaluating the phones, so how can they finalise "A" Business Plan if they still haven't signed off on the phone. As far as I'm concerned "A" Business Plan is still to be negotiated, if and when TNZ decides to go ahead with the phones.
