No great for sentiment but...
In essence this is only a change in control over 34m shares from API to NAB for $110m. Gives them a handy shareholding, but not enough to take control by a long way - they might get a seat on the board? NAB just need a SP of a bit over $3 and they are square.
NAB have shares worth $20m and will have to prov for $90m, seriously ugly look and won't help NAB sp tomorrow.
If nab get burned for $90m, what hope the rest of us. Kinghorn must have suspected this would happen...it was always lurking, particularly after it was highlighted in the Hy report.
