It could be merger talks (or similar) with Beyond (BYI).
Also, thanks for your recent post re. the Lachlan Murdoch article ... that's another possibily as well.
Or, the two together ... perhaps Lauchlan is getting more DES shares in return for funding the purchase of BYI ??!
