Hi guys,

Just a quick note to confirm that the trading halt is due to Opes Prime.

PLV's broker is in negotiations with the ANZ to place apx. 2.7 milliion PLV shares with friendly institutions to ensure these shares do not hit the market. None of these shares will go to PLV's directors, employees, friends or associates.

I talked to the ASX and requested a trading halt, which they agreed with, to understand where and how many shares were involved and so that we could place the shares. I did this in what I believe to be the shareholders best interests.

I would like to say here that the ANZ and their receivers have been very helpful in this matter.

I hope to lift the trading halt sometime today once terms have been agreed.

Hope the trading halt was not to big an inconvienience.
