    I think this is an over reaction.

    Firstly, 2M+ shares aren't going to be dumped on the market. PLV doesn't have anywhere near the required liquidity. Whoever holds the shares would know this.

    Secondly, I am holding $100k of cash just in case this sort of thing does happen and would very much like to buy PLV at fire sale prices.
