Maybe that is a possibility - BMN management negotiate to buy back the shares from ANZ at $2 (a sweet deal for the ANZ compared to $1.85) hold them as treasury stock in the interim until such time as they can find new third party investors. I'm no expert on the companies acts / listing rules - but on my basic understanding that is a possible solution albeit requiring a bit of formal legal process to follow to achieve it.
