bbq, anything thats inside Opes is gone, if someone sold shares last week and they havnt settled then the proceeds are gone, of course if the cash is in a bank account not associated with Opes the moneys still secure. I wouldn't assume the worst yet, but the simple rule is anything thats been moved to an Opes style of securitization is now owned by the banks, this type of operation should be banned outright by the regulatory bodies.
