    Well I got that wrong. Looks like a Director of the company and other shareholders have a portion of their shareholdings subject to an equity finance contract with Opes Prime. The company needs to clarify the shareholders position with preliminary estimates that 10 million shares are affected. The company will then properly inform the market.
