Seuss, your posting makes sense, and I would be happy with this considering the number of shares I have.

Having said that, I wouldn't be too impressed by directors timing their announcement so that they can exercise their options in the best conditions. Sounds like manipulation of stock price to maximise personal profits.

Wouldn't the ASX have something to say about this type of practice ?
