I agree with Zilliqua & Veg; Euroz would have had knowledge of this well before this CR & in my view, could have manipulated the SP down before the agreed CR & the trading halt - answers need to be provided - I'm pretty disgusted at this turn of events. My faith in management in waiving - utlising a comapny that has significant trading in the pre-trading halt shares, doesn't add up.
