veg e mate - i am not really pointing bone at management as they have to go and get some more Capital as expected - management want to raise at highest possible price - but the money men want the opposite - i suppose in an ideal world that once CVN approached any broker to raise capital - that said broker cannot trade in it - but of course whispers and nods would happen anyway and if a broker no we dont want to particpate and therefore do not sign any contract barring trading they would start to short as well.

but just imagine if management had gone into trading halt 2 hrs after ann pavo success - jesus the howls would be heard in ukraine - and it was about only 2 hrs they had before the sp peaked and then slid down.

the system of capital funding is broken - it serves none other than those with the capital and damages Cos ability to raise without blowing out MKT Caps
