My reading of it was that they would be giving us a whole lot more info on the deal, other than the sketchy stuff a couple of months back. Imo the halt is justified on that basis alone.
Not game to predict when the sp will face reality, but looks like 100 might be behind us. WPL can do 10% in one day on no news.
