By the way, I believe that shareholders should definently vote against Mr Lims resoloutions. By voting for them it will give him and his buddies majority control of the board. I Believe it is important to keep the current board as they are experienced and I am sure they are doing what is best for the company interms of JV's and rights issues ect.
