Feel the board is giving away too much for too little.
Bear in mind most juniors LML included are currently trading at rather depressed values coz of prevailing market conditions and in giving the Indians another 10 pct equity at 26 cents plus a one for one free option tantamounts to a gross misrepresentation of the true value of the company. More importantly, LML's profit sharing of the most prospective JV tenement is being watered down to 40 pct !!!
