TSC This is a bookbuild. As I understand these things the price is set by the process and not known until all bids are received. I think a good process in the current environment and IMO will/should be at a substantial premium to recent prices which reflect the takeover discount. Someone at the company should be accountable for the loose "numbers of shares" and "funds expected to be raised" statement in the release, IMO.
There is (minor) solace for lesser existing holders in that we will be allowed the nominal (dumb Australian tax laws) $5000 worth at the same price.
