It is very unlikely that the announcement will be that the Origin board has agreed to the existing price as the notice attached to the trading halt indicates that they expect the announcement to have a major impact upon the share price.
Thus either they will be recommending no to the bid and the price will drop several dollars or they will announce that they have agreed to the bid at a higher price.
