Well no they haven't redember, you're right there.

I'm thinking there's something else to do this, something's not right and knowing that they have a world class asset (which they too), it seems funny that they wouldn't of exercised their option at the earliest convenience just to shaw things up.

Remember folks, this is not as easy as it seems as they are dealing with 3 or 4 different parties here etc.
