Carpo, It was Merrill Lynch and not Morgan Stanley and it was 4 July and not 18 July. Also the 4 July date is only closure of Expressions of Interest for the NW Palawan JV. There is a second phase after this when selected candidates are given access to the data. No idea how long this will be.
Having said all that I believe what the others are referring to in previous posts are not this JV but perhaps a KIK JV on the shallows.
