Missed that extension Carpo cheers. Expressions of interest extended until 4th July. Merrill Lynch appointed as advisor given the interest generated. This deal is huge in the futures of NDO/KIK and so good to see time given if necassary to get the best terms.
Kenmrob note that the shelfal area of SC54 where water depths of less than 120m are excluded from the asset package.
It must be tricky when SC54, SC58 and SC63 are up for partners and KIK interest is reserved for SC54. We may well benefit from leverage given by the overall package.
