    we're talking about some of the hottest realestate in a hot sector, there will be plent of buyers prepared to step up IMO.

    The market placed a value on it before this, and that value doesn't disappear due to short term sp volitility.

    With its neighbours being billion dollar+ coys, any short term dips are golden entries.
