I would have thought that Graham Shaw or Chris Fowler would have pushed back on this offer, and even the highly paid US directors ( Sumita Pandit & John Connolly who would have experience in this takeover space for SaaS companies), but perhaps an easy payout for all seems to have been the easier option
As for referencing the price on the 22nd of April, why does it matter....the company has presented their accounts for FY22 and also changed their business (a lot more traction in the catholic sector), so any price should be based on the business as it stands
