Funtastic Limited - Request for trading halt
Further to our telephone discussion this morning, Funtastic requests a trading halt in the Company's securities pending the "release of an announcement by it regarding the status of its discussions with the Archer consortium on a possible change of control transaction."
Funtastic requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement by the Company or the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 19 August 2008.

he Company is not aware of any reason why the requested trading halt should not be granted.
