My guess is that BBC will pay an upfront fee to cancel the management agreement. There is no way BNB (or more importantly their bankers) would allow BBC to just walk away. Depending on the terms of the deal it would surely be positive as it would expose BBC to a takeover.
I dont think anyone would launch a takeover with the management agreement in place.
