this is my wild guess.
Maybe they will be allocating money towards the S and Sulphuric Acid feasibilty study? .. perhaps pinching it from another project ?
I think the view is the main product at Ergo could well be the S - and the sulphuric acid will certainly help the economics, by reducing the production costs of the U3O8 and the Au further, as well as provide future sales opportunities.
It makes sense to move it forward - the plant could be financed by a third party / JV who is experienced in running sulphuric acid plants.
