Look the way this ahs been done is atrocious.
BUT, if they did want to expand more quickly than they planned they needed to rasie more cash as the strain on the existing cash levels would ahve been to great. Maybe they want to be in every capital city by the satrt of next year? Who knows.
But if it is a small rasing at a non-heavily discounted price in order to quicken the expansion, well fair enough. HOWEVER if it's just a large capital rasing at a majorly discounted price such as 10 cents, i won't be happy.
Obviously we will know soon enough. But if it is due to an intention to expand into Adelaide sooner than early next year i will be happy.
