EL .. as a holder of both , reading the valuation they have roughly $1 mil cash and will need roughly 30mil to develop the field.
If this is correct where will the funds come from in this market environment.
A raising ??? at todays price maybe 80 cents so another 40 Million shares to be issued.
I am not to cluey at the moment so would value your thoughts.
