Miningnut, you are spot on in all respects, but I am expecting the figure to be even higher. I think it will be the detail behind the number which may arouse a little more interest.
Atm it is all about liquidity and fear, nothing to do with value.
Right now COE could probably give all 24 cps cash, plus some franking credits, and still have enough cash and cashflow for current commitments, and be a relatively cashed up junior with 1.4mmb of producing oil, with sp probably trading around 15 cps even in this diabolical market. All bluesky intact, no dilution and happy holders cashed up to buy bargains of their own choice, including MOS or IPM if they so desire.
