    moremoney2 - why would I or anyone take up 185185 shares at 2.7c for $5000 when for the same amount you could have bought about 350000 in the market. Additionally, now in this market and six months or more to any court decision CHM is likely to trade below 1c. Lets face it, CHM has no asset backing and only a successful court decision will give it any value.
