Fingers crossed it's not too dilutive, and retail investors are offered a piece of the action rather than simply letting institutions get in on the cheap.

Anyone have any ideas who the target is? Obviously not Dolomatrix (who TOX were sniffing around about a year ago) as they're not in a trading halt. I guess we'll find out soon enough.
