    Yes, it's very exciting as per the chairman's address. Shareholder's value has been completely destroyed. In effect they have sold the company to the US with the 51% issue. The business is unsustainable. Next step, the US company will offer all shareholders buy-out all remaining shares at some ridiculously price.
