    it is actually ESI - ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED

    I just noticed some discussion on the esi thread prior to the trading halt

    looks like the having $500m in US denominated debt has thrown out all their ratios and they are indanger of breaching gearing covenants with their banks

    looks as though they will be asking shareholders to replace debt with equity now


    we may be getting shares at a deep discount
