    I think they need to raise $175m

    they might do a 1 for 3 offer at $2.65

    $2.65 would be at a discount of 24% to todays shareprice

    so for every 3 shares you will be entitled to buy one share at $3

    198 m shares/3 = 66m

    66m x $2.65 = $175m
