    By looking at the reason for the trading halt:


    "..........financing for...."

    IMO they have:

    1. Gone and done a share placement at under market prices (ALA BPT and screwed their shareholders)

    2. Have bank financing...


    Which one ????

    Well with the way it seems that many of these little companies treat their shareholders, I think it was probably number 1 and if you are a shreholder, you are looking at dilution and a reduced share price.
