Thought it's up to mgt to decide the recipient of un-used rights?

I take it that mgt will favor oversubscriptions of old-time investors above new investors. It's obvious that the RI won't be fully subscribed and that there will be unused rights that other shareholders can apply to.

But then I have read the right extension several times and can't see from where german banks have the information that oversubscription is possible.

Since I expect good news from the HK-conference and from the AGM I bit the bullet and oversubscribed some. Will be interesting to see (in several ways) what happens. With a JV partner, a 70% subscription of the RI, a no to res 5 and a change of the chairman we could be right on track again.
