Given CEU's position was being talked up only recently surely they couldn't be that stupid to turn around only a few weeks later & say sorry we're actually strapped for cash. I cannot imagine that any new developments in the last few weeks would lead them to make that call, that's why I'm thinking they need funds for the bypass (has a call been made on this by brumby & co yet?)
The alternative, that they need cash to keep funding distributions, especially given their recent talking up of prospects, would at the very least be highly irresponsible & there would surely be legal implications. If this is the case it won't take a fortune teller to tell us what's going to happen to the price.
