yes, I agree. Let's hope that;
1/ the Frankston bypass is what leads them to raise more cash
2/ they will put together a well articulated announcement, highlighting the great opportunity that the bypass will create, blah blah blah, requiring them to raise more cash.
At the end of the day, I see it as a very positive news as this should generate more revenue and increase the Eastlink traffic - not sure this is how the market will perceive it though.
