Rudders, the company is hardly going to let you know what is going on just because you call head office. They have to operate within the continuous disclosure, insider trading and market abuse framework and they are not going to tip off a shareholder and be done for insider dealing are they?

Companies are only able to make announcements when there is something to announce, just because shareholders want to be reassured is not a reason for an announcement. Before something is concrete (ie there are signatures on a document) the company has no standing to make any announcement about the debt otherwise they risk criminal penalties, so let's get real.

The trading halt is clearly a sign that something is going on, so we will just have to sit tight and see what happens.
