Yes, but you don't get a copy of the documents and the court does not go through every document filed or even every issue within the statements of facts. They had agreed on a settlement so the process was merely a formality to give effect to the negotiated settlement. There are concessions within that for both sides, so we'll never get the full story. So you were not privy to the full statements and evidence - you just heard what everyone else heard based on the bits that were mentioned or contested.

I actually own over a million shares and would like to see the company succeed and be profitable. I wouldn't have an interest if I didn't have an interest.
