This is indeed tragic that banks will not step up to the plate and it speaks volumes about the severity of the credit crunch that banks are unwilling to extend credit to such a viable and ultimately very profitable project. PWK would considerably lower connectivity and data transmission cost for major corporate customers. A lose, ose situation all round, not least of all for PWK shareholders.
