What are the "changed circumstances" that allowed FMG to suspend the freight contracts ? If FMG are claiming the freight market rate change allows they to suspend the contracts then they are sadly mistaken. The shipping companies have every right to enforce the contracts or claim compensation for the suspension. I would like to know what the "changed circumstances" are
