You've got to be kidding! LGL is absolutely rolling in cash, yet they go and further dilute shareholders?
Why? Just because they can? Reading the press release, it didn't read like there was any absolutely compelling need to do it. How about just mining gold, start making profits and pay some dividends to the long-suffering shareholders?
