so that means they are trying to raise as much as NCM (when there is at least an $8B market capital differential...you got to be kidding me). I assume and hope they don't have the potential to upsize the bookbuild (NCM raised theirs from 500M to 750M), am I correct? The only variable thAT should shift in the bookbuild is the price....this one has to hit sub 3.00, for sure.
