Thanks street talk I had only quickly seen the asx ann which didn't provide detail.

romulux888 it may mean dilution of shares depending on how much they are raising and at what price they are giving the instos. If the pog rises it may not mean too much if they come back on during this moment. But if the pog keeps doing what it is atm then we may see further dilution than the usual drops from when pog is in decline.

It's a volatile thing as the pog can play a big part in this and one has to wonder how much of a discount is being given in the current environment.
