I'm thinking along your lines too. Announcement most likely to be mixture assett sales and debt. Quite happy with that if it assures Crux will proceed. NXS hugely undervalued, market will rerate SP once assured Crux finance in place.
Of course, Crux proceeding just makes NXS even more of an attractive takeover target for down the track.
