lots of s708 got scaled back. this stock has been heavily oversubscribed by instos and s708. holders will no doubt get scaled back too.
I only read this as poitive news.
on the downside, if ppl are looking for a quick buck, you'll see this back down to 11 in a heartbeat.
dont think it will happen though.
