As you know the company must go into a trading halt first before any placement can be announced.

Fact is someone let the cat out of the bag before this occurred and the SP decline today proves that.

Sooner or later they had to do it as their cash was starting to dwindle.

I do not know what they will do now as the SP is @ 24 and that is what they where hoping to get with the placement.

Occam, by the way great to have you on board again and I hope AV will soon join us again as we have some interesting discussions.
