Okay, i am baffled - 1.51! for receiving 220m US in cash. Thats 1.17 cash backing per share. The other 110m is due in 2009. The remaining 40% of the company held has to be worth a few cents. My valuation was 1.70's
Yet SRL moved 1%... Any thoughts as to why the market isnt pricing in value?
